SNOW GIRLS NZ FACTS |
| • 2008 will be the
6th year that Snow Girls NZ has been operating at Snow Park NZ. • Coaching is done by friendly local and international women riders. The coaches have been past and current Olympians, World Cup and X Game champions. • The aim is to entice girls into the world of snowboarding and skiing in a comfortable, fun and supportive environment. It is the perfect opportunity to learn and progress, ride together and make new friends. • The coach to camper ratio never exceeds 1:6 • Three Camps will run over the season, all 2 day overnight camps. • Each camp includes four hours of coaching per day, a coffee or hot chocolate, video analysis, activities, accommodation and all meals at Snow Park NZ. • This is one of the most unique all girls package on offer. We have limited the number of camps, and participants. Maximum 25 participants per camp. |
SNOW GIRLS JAM COMPETITION (Date TBD) |
| • The competition is aimed at “fun” and
for girls to show the skills and tricks learnt during the season. • Event is for skiers and snowboarders. • The competition is open to girls of any age. • Discounted entry into the competition will be available for those who participated in the Snow Girls Camps or Clinics in 2008. • Prizes and giveaways. • The event supports the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation |
